The benefits of having a good smile means that you project confidence, fun and a positive outlook on life. People are automatically more responsive to you if you smile. It makes you seem like a warm and approachable person, who has confidence and a positive outlook on life. It also conveys a very obvious sense of fun! This can be a welcome relief in lives that are so often much too serious and stressed.
Smiling can make you an attractive person to be around. This in turn could boost your self-esteem and increase your health and well-being, so it’s self-perpetuating.
Once you start smiling, you may not be able to stop!
